Return Policy
Eligibility
You may exchange items within 14 days of delivery for style change equivalent in price or sizing change.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on shoes that show signs of wear.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for style or size adjustments!
Refunds
Once your return is delivered to us, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
All shoes are quality checked and documented before dispatch. If you receive faulty or damaged shoes, please contact our care team with photos within 24 hours of delivery. Shoes must be unworn.
