All styles include removeable arch support inserts. We prioritise a balanced cushioning system for our insoles, focused on long term comfort and durability that fights against compression. Thickened, high density foam insoles offer all day support, shock absorption and balanced pressure distribution in all designs. If you require specific orthopaedics, we recommend consulting with a podiatrist and only use arch support inserts if required.

Our shoes are crafted from microfiber leather, which, like genuine leather, naturally softens over time and adapts to the shape and movement of your feet. As a result, you may notice creasing, which is a normal and expected characteristic of all leather materials.

Our easy-to-clean shoes provide reliable protection against common salon mishaps such as colour brush spills, minor basin leaks, light rain, and puddles. However, we do not recommend prolonged exposure to strong bleach or submerging the shoes in water for extended periods. For routine care, simply wipe away spills or surface dirt with a damp cloth.

We recommend cleaning SHO with a damp, non-abrasive cloth to remove surface dirt and light spills. For larger spills, a brief and gentle surface rinse may be used; however, do not submerge the shoes, soak them, or allow water to enter the interior. After cleaning, gently pat the surface dry with a soft cloth to remove excess moisture. Avoid exposing the shoes to direct heat sources, as this may damage the material. Allow them to air-dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated area.
