30 Day Returns

You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To maintain our quality standards, items must be clean, unworn outdoors, and returned in their original packaging.

Once request is received, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. 

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. For hygiene reasons, arch support inserts are non-refundable. 

Exchanges

If you need a different size or different style, we offer pre-paid, free exchanges within the same 30-day period.

Exchanges must be for an item of equal value, and all pieces must meet the same return requirements. Availability may vary.

If an exchange is later returned for a refund, the original shipping cost, exchange shipping cost(s), and any additional shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
