All SHO shoes follow universal sizing standards. However, we do recommend sizing up if you prefer more room for the toes or are between sizes. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing and note that all current styles are designed with a streamlined, narrow fit and may not be suitable for wider feet.

We offer free size exchanges provided the shoes follow our return policy guidelines.

All styles are purposely designed without built in arch support , we prioritise a balanced cushioning system for our footbeds focused on long term comfort and durability that fights against compression. We do offer removable, adhesive, arch support inserts for those who require extra support.

Our shoes are crafted from microfiber leather, which, like genuine leather, naturally softens over time and adapts to the shape and movement of your feet. As a result, you may notice creasing, which is a normal and expected characteristic of all leather materials.

Our easy-to-clean shoes provide reliable protection against common salon mishaps such as colour brush spills, minor basin leaks, light rain, and puddles. However, we do not recommend prolonged exposure to strong bleach or submerging the shoes in water for extended periods. For routine care, simply wipe away spills or surface dirt with a damp cloth.

We recommend cleaning SHO with a damp, non-abrasive cloth to remove surface dirt and light spills.

For larger spills difficult to wipe away, a brief and gentle surface rinse may be used; however, do not submerge the shoes, soak them, or allow water to enter the interior. After cleaning, gently pat the surface dry with a soft cloth to remove excess moisture.

Do not use hot blow dryer to dry shoes, allow them to air-dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated area.
